Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): calculated at checkout

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at jess@northernmoonapothecary.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will do our best to make it right.

Shipping Delays We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. During peak seasons, please allow additional time for delivery.
